Steeven Knight
CEO, Managing Member KMB Marine, YCOA
A pioneer of the Marine Construction community, in the early-2000s, he recognized an opportunity along coastal United States and the Caribbean. His vision was to create state-of-the-art marinas that provided world class amenities and service but also sold both wet and dry boat slips as fee simple real estate. These gated communities for boats were referred to as dockominiums.
In 2004 Mr. Knight realized his vision when Sanibel Harbour Yacht Club opened in Fort Myers, FL. He would also go on to own, design and develop the Key West Harbour Yacht Club.
Today he is the CEO and Managing Member of KMB Marine bringing premier coastal construction to Southwest Florida and Gulf Coast.

He offers 45 years of expert concept development and project management and focuses on secure marina capacities globally. He has played a significant role in the success and development of YCOA.
Travis Middleton
Senior Construction Project Manager
He has an extensive background in waterfront and saltwater construction projects both in the Keys and around the United States. His focus is on large-scale construction projects for KMB Marine and YCOA.
